Neesh.Strategy

Good marketing starts with a decision. Not a task.

Strategy is the part most firms skip. They jump straight to doing, then wonder why the doing does not work. There are three ways to work out what your accounting firm should actually be doing. This page shows you what each one is for.

  1. 01 Strategy, what to do.
  2. 02 Foundation, what to build.
  3. 03 Operations, doing it.
  4. 04 Analytics, seeing if it works.

Strategy decides what to do. Foundation builds the base it runs on. Operations does the work. Analytics checks it landed and feeds the next decision. This page is the first one: working out what to do.

Most firms arrive at one of these

I am not sure my marketing is working. A straight review tells you where you stand, and what to fix or let go first.
The wrong clients keep arriving. A defined niche fixes who your firm is for, so the right clients recognise themselves.
I need a plan, not more activity. A built strategy tells you what to do, and in what order, before anyone does anything.

Work out what to do

Each of these answers a different question. One diagnoses, one positions, one plans. Pick by the question you are actually asking.

Diagnoses

Marketing Review

£1,500

If you go on to a monthly retainer, this £1,500 comes off your first month's fee, so you do not pay for it twice.

This is you if: you know something needs to change and you cannot name it. You do not need another agency telling you to post more. You need a clear picture of where you actually stand.

We run your Marketing Maturity Score before we meet, then audit your channels, content, and conversion points. You leave with a straight answer, not a research dump.

  • Marketing Maturity Score completed before the session
  • Audit of your current channels, content, and conversion points
  • Three things working, three things broken, one priority to act on first
  • Written summary within five working days

Positions

Niche Creation

£3,000

Payment can be spread across three months. Unlike the Review, this fee is not taken off a later retainer: the work is yours to keep either way.

This is you if: you have grown by saying yes to everyone and the price is starting to show. The clients are not quite right, the work is not quite what you want, and the website tries to speak to everyone and reaches no one.

This is a positioning exercise, not a marketing plan. The research is the product: deep audience and market work, and a proper read of your existing client portfolio, so the position is built on evidence rather than a hunch.

  • Audience and market research, and portfolio analysis
  • A defined niche and a clear reason you are the obvious choice
  • A positioning statement and messaging framework: the clear line on who you serve, and the core things you say
  • Written output delivered once the research is complete
Plans

Marketing Strategy

£3,500

Included in month one as part of setup and onboarding. Available separately on request.

This is you if: you know what is wrong and who you are for, and now you need the plan. A full marketing strategy built for your firm, your niche, and your goal: the channels, the cadence, the priorities, and the order to do them in.

For most firms this is not a separate purchase. It is what month one of a retainer delivers, where the strategy fee is built into the setup. If you want it as a standalone piece, that is a conversation, not a checkout.

  • Full strategy across the channels that fit your firm
  • Cadence, priorities, and sequence, not a wish list
  • Normally delivered inside month one of a retainer
  • Standalone scope on request

One system, not three menus

Review: diagnoses. It tells you where you are dropping the ball and what to fix or let go first. If you go on to a retainer, the £1,500 comes off your first month, so the Review ends up costing you nothing.
Niche: positions. It decides who your firm is for. A finished piece of work that holds its value whether you carry on with us or take it elsewhere. Unlike the Review, its fee is not taken off a later retainer.
Strategy: plans. It turns the diagnosis and the position into a sequence of things to do. Usually delivered inside month one, so for most firms it is not a separate purchase at all.

Still deciding?

  • You do not know where you stand. Start with the free Marketing Maturity Score.
  • Something is off and you cannot name it. That is a Marketing Review.
  • The wrong clients keep arriving. That is Niche Creation.
  • You have the diagnosis and the position, and you need the plan. That is Marketing Strategy, usually inside a retainer.

Before you get in touch

Should I start with a Marketing Review or Niche Creation?
The Review tells you where your marketing stands now and what to fix first. Niche Creation decides who your firm is best for. If you cannot put your finger on what is wrong, start with the Review. If you already know the problem is that you take on everyone and stand out to no one, start with Niche.
If I book the Review and then hire you, do I pay for the Review as well?
No. The Review is £1,500. If you go on to a monthly retainer with us, that £1,500 comes off your first month's fee, so you only pay it once. If you take the findings and act on them yourself, there is nothing more to pay and no obligation to continue.
Why does the Review come off a later fee but Niche Creation does not?
The Review is a starting point, designed to lead into working together. Niche Creation is a finished piece of work in its own right. Your positioning keeps its value whether you carry on with us or take it elsewhere, so it is priced as its own thing.
Can I buy a marketing strategy on its own?
For most firms the strategy is built in month one of a retainer, as part of getting set up, at £3,500. If you would rather buy it as a one-off, get in touch and we will agree the scope with you. For most firms, going straight to a retainer works out better value.
Do you only work with UK firms?
No. We work with accounting and CPA firms across the UK, US, and Canada.
