Who we are

Neesh.Agency is a marketing consultancy for accounting firms. The site is operated by Kelli Doorne-Millott, trading as Neesh.Agency, a sole trader based at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration number ZC198449.

If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us athey@neesh.agency.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use neesh.agency. We have written it to be read, not to bury the point. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

The short version

This website does not store your personal data itself. If you contact us or complete a form, a quiz, or a scorecard, the details you enter are stored in GoHighLevel, the system we use to manage enquiries and clients. The site uses analytics to understand how it is used and improve it: basic visit counting needs no cookies and runs for everyone, and some tools that set cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.

Analytics

We use analytics and tracking tools to understand how the site is used and improve the experience. The ones that set cookies only run with your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. It does not follow you across other websites and it does not build a profile of you. We see visitor numbers and page views, not people.

Plausible runs for everyone, because it sets nothing on your device. The two tools below run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Microsoft Clarity, with your consent

If you accept, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Clarity captures anonymised data on how pages are viewed and interacted with, including scrolling and clicks, and may record on-page activity to produce heatmaps and session replays. This helps us improve the site. For more on how Microsoft handles this data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

GoHighLevel tracking, with your consent

If you accept, we use a tracking script from GoHighLevel, the system that runs our booking and follow-up. It sets cookies and can recognise you across visits and across to our booking pages, so that if you later book a call we can see which part of the site brought you there. This is the only tool on the site that follows you between pages in that way.

If you decline, none of it loads, no cookies are set, and nothing about your visit reaches GoHighLevel unless you choose to book a call or complete a diagnostic.

What you send us

Anything you type into this website, an enquiry form, the booking form, the Marketing Maturity Score, or the Niche Diagnostic, is sent to and stored in GoHighLevel, which processes it on our behalf so we can respond to you and follow up. The website itself does not store any of this. We use the information only to speak with you and to help you.

Why we are allowed to hold this

When you book a call or complete a diagnostic, you are asking us to do something for you, send a result, arrange a conversation, prepare for it. Holding your details to do that is our legitimate interest as a business responding to someone who has approached us. You gave us the information for that purpose and we use it only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and diagnostic information for as long as we are in contact with you about working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you want us to delete your information, ask, and we will.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else. The only party that handles it is GoHighLevel, named above, and it does so only to provide its service to us. It is bound to protect it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it deleted. You can ask us to stop using it. To do any of these, emailhey@neesh.agency and we will respond.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right, but the route is there.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works in a way that affects your data, for example by adding a form, we will update this policy and change the date at the top.
